4K Monitors
« on: June 02, 2018, 02:28:46 AM »

First I will apologize for the huge graphics I have been posting. I have been using a 4K monitor with my photography for about a year.
I am posting another huge graphic showing how screen real estate isn't as much of a problem on these monitors.

How large is your 4K monitor?  And could I ask what make and model you're using and how much it set you back?  Just curious, because I want to move in that direction, especially for work in the home office.  One large monitor rather than dual or triple head HD monitors.

Hey Richard,

It's a Dell P2715Q 27".

I guess time is flying as it has been just short of 2 years since I got it. I paid $475 for it in 2016.
I see it is under $400 now...

I went with this model for the contrast and color accuracy for my photography (as well as 4K and the price).
I do use the Windows display "make things larger, at 125%" as the text gets very small...
