Fixed fader assignment
« on: August 15, 2016, 05:55:14 PM »

With a 128 channel mixer with lots of auxes and dca's. The channel slot numbers go above 127.
I am unable to enter anything larger than 127?

My DCA'a start at 137....

Thanks

Did you find a solution to this?

If not, you could try to create the mix configuration by hand.  I am fairly certain that the DCA masters can be in any slot you like and they will still function just fine.  Unlike routing audio from any slot type to another slot type you can only route to something that is in higher channel or slot number.  So you can route input 1 to input 2 but not the other way around.

But I don't believe the DCAs work this way.  So if you create the configuration by hand, I think it might be possible to put the DCAs in lower channel slots.  You could even put them in slots 1-32 if you like.

Worth a shot until a better solution comes along anyway.

This is fixed, and will be in the next GUI release, which should be this coming week.  But yes, good out-of-the-box thinking there, Richard!
