Problem with Blue Solo screen
« on: June 02, 2016, 12:53:00 PM »
Hi Bob...not sure if this is a bug or not....The Blue Solo Screen....when you select the Tap point...the audio passing thru the Solo Bus responds correctly to the selected Tap Point but the button on the screen does not update or show the correct path.

On one computer it's frozen on Pre-Fader...on another it's Post Fader...though as I said before....the audio changes to the correct patch point.

Are you referring to different GUIs not syncing?  The solo buss settings are unique for each GUI.  They are not shared.  That's another great feature of AMP - everyone gets their own solo buss and settings!

No...I only had one GUI open and running. It's just that the issue is on both of my computers I've set up for GUI's...but I've yet to run them at the same time.

Hmm, guess I'm not quite understanding what you are saying.  Can you describe this again please?  Can you post any screenshots that would help?

I can post later tonight...but I'll try to explain it better in the mean time...

When I open the Blue Solo Settings wdl...it shows me the Tap point to be set to Post Fader...and the audio passing thru the Solo Buss is indeed taken from the Post fader position. When I click on the Tap Point button...I get a Drop Down Box that allows me to choose a tap point taken from the Pre-Fader or Post Dynamics point. Clicking on those buttons does change the Audio Tap point...You can hear that the Solo audio is now Pre Fader or Post Dynamics....but the Button is still showing the Post Fader setting.

Exiting the Blue Solo wdl and reopening it then shows the last selected Tap Point in the Drop Down Box.

Hopefully that makes sense.

So the graphic is not updating correctly to reflect the change.
